- When old and sick, wanting to end life, enter the first meditation, second meditation, third meditation and fourth meditation, ask the body to calm the breath, end life, enter the magnetic field of nirvana, with a mind that is motionless - serene - happy and carefree.

- Live without causing suffering to yourself - suffering to others - and suffering to all living beings.

- I wish that humanity will know the right practice of Buddha Shakyamuni to master the four sufferings of human life, to achieve a state of peace right in this world. - The right Dharma will lead you to the path of wisdom, enlightenment, and liberation, while the wrong Dharma and evil Dharma will lead you to ignorance, superstition, wrong views and still have to suffer the four sufferings of human life.
