The Right Dharma: The Path to Liberation for All Humanity

 Welcome, everyone, to this website!

I created this website with one singular and earnest wish: to spread the Right Dharma of the Buddha to all humanity, helping everyone come to know and practice it.

This deep concern stems from what I witnessed firsthand in my own family. My beloved family members are devout Buddhists, yet sadly, they were practicing in a misguided way. They spent countless days chanting and making offerings, but the result was mental suppression, and fundamental defilements like greed, hatred, and delusion remained intact. Witnessing my family straying for many years caused me immense distress and an aching desire to find a way out.

Fortunately, on my journey to seek the Truth, I encountered the Right Dharma of Shakyamuni Buddha, diligently restored and explained by Elder Thich Thong Lac. It was the Elder who illuminated a simple yet profoundly deep truth for me:

"The Buddha's Dharma is very simple. If you practice correctly, you will experience liberation in every second, every minute, mastering your body, mastering life – old age – sickness – death, and attaining wisdom and enlightenment. Conversely, if one practices incorrectly, it will lead to mental suppression, not only failing to achieve enlightenment but also remaining afflicted by illness, unable to master karma, still subject to its influence, and forever trapped in the cycle of suffering."

With all my heart and experience, I sincerely hope that you will open your minds to learn and contemplate this Dharma. Do not rush to believe what I say, but instead, practice it for yourselves. If, after a period of contemplation and practice, you find that your body and mind are at peace, your greed, hatred, and delusion gradually diminish and disappear, illness no longer afflicts you, and you gain mastery over your body and over life  – old age – sickness – death, then at that point, please believe and continue to practice.

Further explanation:

1. Mastering life (life - daily life): that is, mastering oneself, living without greed - anger - ignorance, arrogance, doubt.

2. Mastering old age: When old, do not lose memory, be clear-minded.

3. Mastering illness: when sick, use the right method of intention (If you intend to another form, the current unwholesome form will be destroyed), for example: When sick, use the power of consciousness to chase the illness away. Illness is the law of cause and effect, feelings are impermanent, I am not afraid of illness, not afraid of death, let the illness leave my body. This arm hurts, this is the law of cause and effect, feelings are impermanent, I am not afraid of pain, let the illness and pain leave my body, chase the illness away, do not let the illness come near, do not sit in a wheelchair, do not lie in a hospital bed, do not bother others to take care of you.

4. Master of death: When the body is weak and wants to end life, enter the fourth meditation, enter the magnetic field of nirvana, order the body to stop breathing, end life, and not cause trouble or suffering to others.

Note: We do not propagate superstitious teachings, pray for other powers, pray for blessings from gods, chant mantras, meditate to suppress the mind, suppress consciousness - create delusions.

- Here we share the right Dharma - follow the path of the Buddha's Noble Eightfold Path to attain precepts - meditation - wisdom, meditate to release the mind, destroy greed - anger - ignorance, master the body, master life - old age - illness - death.

- Buddhism is the religion of mastering human cause and effect, if it cannot master the 04 sufferings of life - old age - illness - death, then it is not Buddhism and Buddhism does not master those 04 sufferings, then Buddhism has no reason to be born, because even if it were born, it would not help humanity. Buddha saw the suffering of humanity so he found the right Dharma to awaken and liberate, so we do not lose this right Dharma.

- We ourselves have practiced and applied it to our monastic life and seen the results. Every day, our greed, anger and ignorance have gradually decreased, our wisdom has increased every day, and the benefits are practical. And that is why I share this Dharma.

May the Right Dharma spread, bringing peace and liberation to all sentient beings!
